About PJH
Shaping Putrajaya through long-term planning and purposeful development
Putrajaya Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is the master developer of Malaysia’s administrative capital, Putrajaya.
Incorporated on 19 October 1995, PJH was entrusted with the initial responsibility of designing and developing the comprehensive, highly strategic 20-year Putrajaya Masterplan.
As a subsidiary of KLCC (Holdings) Sdn Bhd, PJH carries forward a long-term development discipline — shaping Putrajaya through city-scale planning, delivery, and stewardship.
Today, PJH’s work in Putrajaya spans 20+ signature projects, comprising office buildings, commercial hubs, and residential developments.
