Don’t Fall Prey to Job Scams

PETRONAS’ name and logo have been used without permission in job advertisements circulating on social media and instant messaging apps such as Tiktok, WhatsApp and Telegram.

There have also been unauthorised emails which solicit upfront fees for application of immigration documents such as visas or work permits for expatriate postings within the PETRONAS Group.

We urge everyone to be vigilant and not respond to such fraudulent advertisements and emails. As job recruitment scams grow prevalent online, here are a few reminders to help you stay alert:
